We've all taken hundreds of surveys, but what makes a good survey is not always obvious and we've all seen problem surveys. This quick overview will present key concepts that can help you decide when to develop a survey yourself and when to get help along with some handy survey resources. A special focus will be placed on online surveying tools and practices.
